The Wheelers

Morris and Billie Wheeler were longtime advocates of YADAPP and supported prevention efforts for over 35 years. In 1981, the Wheeler’s daughter, Sandy, was killed by a drunk driver. The Wheelers were a part of the initial group of organizers in 1984 and continued to support YADAPP throughout the years. Each year, Virginia ABC awards the Wheeler Award to a YADAPP team in their honor.
